CONFIGURE THE FONT IN NOTEWORTHY

Before being able to use the musical symbols font; you must have downloaded it from the tips area and installed as explained in the previous page.

To use the musical symbols font in Noteworthy Composer, it is necessary to define it as user's font.

Step 1 : Start Noteworthy Composer and open a new document or an existing sheet music in which you wish to use the musical symbols font.

Step 2 : Click on the "File" menu.  

Step 3 : Select the submenu   

Step 4 : Click on the "Fonts" tab     

Step 5 : In the fonts windows, select the "User 1" font (or another user's font if you have already used "User 1" to personalize your sheet music).

Step 6 : Then click on   

Step 7 : In the "Police" window, select the musical symbols font ("NWC Extra Ornaments v3"), then click on "OK" to validate and close this window and a second time on "OK" to validate and close the previous window ("Page Setup"). The musical symbols font is now configured to be used in your sheet music.
