All our partitions arise from the public domain or were the object of a license.

Their membership in the public domain is verified with the ASSOCIATION OF COMPOSERS AND MUSIC PUBLISHERS TO PROTECT COPYRIGHT AND ROYALTIES.

The transcriptions of the partitions are realized by our care and belong to us solely. They are protected with the SGDL (Society of the Mens of letters of France) and with the BNF (National Library of France).

The website is protected itself with the BNF, and is soon going to be the object of a declaration with the CNIL (National Committee Computer and Freedom).

We granted to you the right to download our Sheet Music and to use them in a private capacity. Any marketing, distribution even for free, put at the disposal on another Internet site is strictly forbidden and can be the object of pursuits.
